If you are a new member of SYSA  please provide a photocopy of your child's birth certificate.  This is required for your child to be covered under our insurance policy.  No child will be allowed to play without one.


Tot age groups are 3 years old before Aug 1st of current year up to 4 years after July 31st. 

Price for Fall/Spring seasons (16 weeks) includes your uniform shirt.



RECREATION LEAGUE:

HOW:    Either through our websites "online" registration page

If you are a new member of SYSA  please provide a photocopy of your child's birth certificate.  This is required for your child to be covered under our insurance policy.  No child will be allowed to play without one.

 

Recreation age groups are age 4 years before August 1st up to age 15 years after July 31st of the Fall season.

Registering for Fall season includes Spring as well, but it is possible to only register for Spring.

 

TRAVEL/EDP LEAGUE:

HOW:  (registration and tryouts have concluded for Fall15 teams )

Travel age groups are age 6 years before August 1st up to age 14 years after July 31st of the Fall season.


There is a $25 nonrefundable evaluation/trout fee due at the time of registration for participation in the competitive (travel) division.  All fees are due by 6/27, late fee of $50 after that date.  The total cost for each travel player is typically a total of $250 to $350.
 

HARDSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS:

Salem Youth Soccer allocates funds yearly towards players whose families do not have the financial ability to pay their children's registration fees. These families will be requested to volunteer in order to qualify for this hardship. We also ask that these families carefully consider their inability to pay these fees as the monies allocated are limited and should go to the neediest of children. Should the parents find themselves in a better financial situation in the future, Salem Youth Soccer would appreciate a donation to help other needy families. Please fill out and mail the Hardship form below to SYSA, PO Box 209, Salem, NH 03079.

RECREATION REFUND POLICY:

$25 processing fee if a child drops out after July 1st of the Fall season.
No Refund after uniform is received by a player.

TRAVEL REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY:

A deposit, equal to the Recreation fee, is due at time of registration for participation in the Competitive (Travel) Division.
Typical total cost is ~$350 including uniform.

Once a player has verbally ACCEPTED a position on a competitive team and the team fees are set, players will be responsible for ALL team fees and NO REFUNDS will be given. Players will be responsible for all outstanding fees and may be considered ineligible for future play for failure to pay completely and timely all monies owed.

Refunds of registration fees will be given for players who are not placed on a Competitive Division team and elect not to participate in the Recreation division.
